• Financial Success: We challenged FirstPort’s accounts and secured a service charge rebate for residents.

• Security: We ensured main door security and fire safety improvements at no cost to residents.

• Safety & Community: We worked with local police and FirstPort to reduce intrusions and identify offenders.

• Community Standards: We identified potential illegal HMOs and encouraged reporting to authorities.

• Legal Recognition: We challenged Barratt to follow the legal process to formally recognize the RA.

• Accountability: We pushed Barratt to provide clear communication on structural works.

• Sustainable Structure: We created financial and organizational structures to keep the RA running effectively.
